Choose a design, select “Add to bag”, then open your bag and continue to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away and a dispatch email with tracking when your parcel leaves us.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email support@elvantto.shop with your order number as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are refunded in full, including shipping.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history and track orders in one place.

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us with the name and email you used and we will resend it.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. These may include major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.

You pay in the currency of your delivery country: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, CHF, SEK, DKK, NOK or PLN. Use the region menu at the top of the page to see prices in your currency before you check out.

Prices include any VAT we are required to charge. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees in the destination country, payable by the recipient. See our Shipping policy.

To the UK, all EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, the United States and Canada.

We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 2–4 working days in the UK, 4–10 in Europe, 6–12 to the United States and 7–14 to Canada. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Tracked standard shipping costs £5 in the UK, €10 in the eurozone and $14 in the United States, with free shipping over £60, €100 or $120. Rates for every currency are listed in our Shipping policy and always shown at checkout before you pay.

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days of your return reaching us. See Returns & refunds.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item — then we cover it.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or a full refund.

Our bags, wallets and straps are made from a polyurethane (PU) coated material, often called vegan leather, with polyester linings. We do not use animal leather. Each product page lists the materials, closure and approximate dimensions.

Each product page lists what fits. Shoulder bags and crossbodies fit a standard smartphone; clutches fit a compact phone. If you are unsure, email us your phone model and we will measure the design for you.

Our straps have metal swivel clips that attach to the side rings of ELVANTTO shoulder bags and crossbodies. Straps are sold separately; bags shown with a strap in photos are not included.

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, keep it away from prolonged heat and direct sunlight, and store it stuffed with tissue in its dust bag. Read the full Care guide.
