1. Who we are

This website, elvantto.shop, is operated by SIGNATURE APPAREL LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08048514, trading as ELVANTTO (“ELVANTTO”, “we”, “us”). 2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. They apply to purchases by consumers aged 18 or over; if you are buying for a business, contact us first. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and dimensions are approximate and measured flat. Our bags, wallets and straps are made from polyurethane (PU) coated material, often described as vegan leather; they do not contain animal leather. Model images show how a product is worn; any other items in the photograph are not included.

4. Placing an order and contract formation

1. Add items to your bag and follow the checkout steps. You can review and correct your order and delivery details before you pay.
2. After you place your order, we email an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it is not yet an acceptance.
3. The contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
4. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, CHF, SEK, DKK, NOK or PLN) and are the amount you will be charged for the goods. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include any VAT we are required to charge. For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient, as explained in our Shipping policy. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment service providers; we do not see or store your full card number. Your order is dispatched only after payment has been authorised.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping policy, which also sets out processing times, delivery estimates and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

8. Returns and your right to cancel

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & refunds policy. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described in that policy. You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.

9. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described; nothing in these terms affects those rights. 10. Discount codes and promotions

From time to time we may offer discount codes. Unless stated otherwise, a code can be used once per order, cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and is valid only until the expiry date given with it. Any additional conditions will be published alongside the promotion.

11. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but not for loss that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or industrial action. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid but not received.

13. Intellectual property

All designs, product names, images and text on this website belong to ELVANTTO or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

14. Personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

15. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another part of the UK or in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
